News content analyzed by OvertonIQ remains the intellectual property of its respective publishers. OvertonIQ provides analysis and metadata about news content, not the content itself.

OvertonIQ's lean scores, framing analysis, and other metrics are generated through algorithmic analysis and are provided for informational purposes only. They represent our analytical assessment and should not be construed as absolute truth, official ratings, or endorsements of any political position.

We strive for accuracy and methodological rigor, but media analysis inherently involves interpretation. Users should exercise their own judgment when relying on our data for decision-making.

7. Pricing and Payment

When our paid service launches, pricing will be published on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Free tier features may be modified or limited at our discretion.
